THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU RENT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Me and my friends lived here for half a year. And it was a terrible stay. 1. The bathroom fittings were rusted and mutted when the brokers already said it was ready to move in. 2. The whole building had lots of spiders, cockroaches, lizards and insects. 3. The owners and brokers will be very sweet and caring when you go to check the units but the same owners and brokers will make you pay unnecessary money when you ask them to return your deposit back. 4. The electricity bill is very high because of either faulty meters or old aircons. 5. There are security guards in every building but they wont even stop anyone from entering the building. So its just to create an illusion that you are safe. 6. Specially if you are not a filipino dont even think about renting a room here. You will be served with lots of disgusted looks and comments. Even the guards are rude to non-filipinos.

Hampton Gardens- Fairfield Tower. The guards are friendly. The elevator system is not synchronized, they also turn off 2 elevators at 9PM leaving with just 1 elevator working for 15 floors with 2 wings, you may want to leave early if your going to work to avoid long wait on the elevator.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. It's a minus. There is no cleanliness, bad management, the brokers are cheaters, they charge money for rubbish things. They provide damaged furniture and don't even listen when we complain. There are too many insects in the unit. No pest services because the owners are careless. The bathroom stinks due to bad sewage. They promise falsely and cheat in the end. I had a terrible stay there . It's pathetic for foreigners as they cheat them by faking the information about unit maintenance and security deposit.

This place was a nightmare. I stayed with my friends for one week here and my experience was nothing less than horrible. The conditions that this house was handed over to my friends was pathetic. The bathroom and kitchen fittings, the bed frames, mirrors everything was in a bad condition. They would struggle with pest control everyday and even on requesting again and again for the pest control their owners refused.

This place is perfect if you're looking for an affordable Airbnb however it is far from the usual and popular attraction in Manila. The place we stayed at is clean and well maintained. The building however is surrounded by restaurants and diners and 7/11.

I have stayed here 6 times from 2014 to 2019 and really loved staying here , it's like my home in the Philippines , perfect place as everything is nearby , Seven-Eleven , Maxs Restaurant , Starbucks , Pure Gold , excellent views from the rooftop , i really miss staying here and wish i could return , now pandemic is here its looking uncertain.

The location is very accessible and the price of their units are reasonable. It has amenities such as pool and gym/basketball area. The highlight: it has an arcade which has coffee shop as such Starbucks and other dine-in resto like Yellow cab and Army Navy
